Can I see the artwork before it is produced?
For products that include artwork approval, you'll have the opportunity to review your personalized artwork before production. If something doesn't look right, you can request changes before we move forward.
Can I request changes to my artwork?
Yes. If your product includes artwork approval, you can request revisions so we can make adjustments before your personalized item goes into production.
How long does my order take?
Once your artwork is approved, it will be sent to production immediately. Production typically takes 1–3 business days, followed by approximately 7–10 business days for U.S. shipping.
Can I use a photo of any kind of pet?
Absolutely. Dogs and cats are the most common, but we can work from clear photos of many different pets. The most important thing is that the features you want included are clearly visible in the photo.
